yep he does like all those hallucaintions were 1. what he was thinking and 2. what he thought those people were thinking 3. the demon blood added alot to it if that makes any sensen lo like when Mary was talking to him Mary does not think that but i think the demon blood was like trying to confuse Sam or make him realize that he needs to do this but yep all the hallucnations were apart of him, what he think they think and part demon blood trying to make him change to be what it wants him to become if that made any sensen they yay go me lol
