I did. I have a weird sleeping schedule though, like I'm more energenic at night than I am during the day, so I stay up later but at the same time I go to bed and trying to at a decent hour nowadays. Though I'll take a nap in the afternoon or something.
Perhaps I'm getting too much sleep, if there's such a thing.
Oh, you can TOTALLY get too much sleep! It makes you 'overtired' I do it sometimes, but the when I adjust back down to 3-4 a night, I am good again! :)
Perhaps I should do something about that, then! I've always wondered why I'm kind of sluggish sometimes because it's like, I slept for like fourteen hours total why am I not hyperactive already?!
